I just got done having an interesting conversation with my Boxing Coach, who is also a published author of what many people would derisively call “Conspiracy Theories”. 

“That makes sense,” my good friend, fellow boxer & author, and self-proclaimed “Ghetto Grocer-Conspiracy Curator” James Lafond said. “Boxers and Conspiracy Theorists tend to go together!” 

My Boxing Coach is a Christian who is interested in the bad guys within Esotericism and the Occult, and in his own words, “It all points back to Spiritual Warfare”.

This was a very interesting conversation, and a very fruitful exchange of Mythological information at that. 

But furthermore, this conversation got me thinking…

How does my work fit into all of this? 

CLASSIC CONSPIRACY THEORIST? 

As I told my Boxing Coach, I don’t consider myself to be a “Classic Conspiracy Theorist”…what do I mean by that? 

Sure, I talk about a lot of weird and bizarre stuff, particularly within the realm of Mythological Symbolism, Taboo Thinkers, and Forgotten History. 

For a lot of people…it downright freaks them out! 

But I don’t consider myself a “Classic Conspiracy Theorist” because I don’t really tend to talk about Bigfoot, Space Aliens, Demons, the Devil. 

And the most prominent tying these topics all together:

Elite Secret Societies running the world. 

You don’t see a lot of that on my site. 

ALISTAIR CROWLEY WATCH  

For example, my Boxing Coach is particularly interested in Alistair Crowley as the chief bad guy of the Modern Age…and he is not the only one. 

Whacko Zacho, my best friend of 18 years, has a long-standing interest in the same arena, particularly specializing in Alistair Crowley. 

It has become a running joke in our friendship that I always ask him every time we talk: “Are you still on Alistair Crowley Watch?” 

And when you look at many independent researchers today, Alistair Crowley comes up time and time again, as the embodiment of Evil Secret Societies running the earth. 

In many ways, he serves in the same role Hitler did nearly a century ago in the minds of the masses…the embodiment of Enemy Tyrannical Regimes seeking to conquer the earth. 

But you don’t often see that kind of thing on my site. 

Why? 

WHAT REVISIONIST HISTORY TAUGHT ME 

It’s obvious that things in society are not what they seem, and we are being lied to.

That premise is not in question.

In fact, this is a premise I have been working on for a long time…

If you read my books, The Forgotten History of World War: From the Dark Ages to 1939 (2014) and All Men Follow the Strongman: The Forgotten History of the Iraq War (2015), you’ll see a major theme of them is combatting what was known at the time as “revisionist history”. 

In doing so, both back then and all the way up to today, I always start from the Premise of Conspiratorial Thinking. 

Just what exactly is Conspiratorial Thinking, you ask? 

JOE BLOW & SHERLOCK HOLMES 

What I mean by Conspiratorial Thinking is…

If I am doing something that is harmful, and I don’t want people to know about it, then I’m going to have to hide it. 

Now Joe Blow…he doesn’t think I’m doing anything. So to hide things from him, it’s not hard, because he’s not looking. He doesn’t even know he should be looking!

But Sherlock Holmes, I know that he knows something is wrong…and he is looking around. 

So with him, I gotta start planting stuff to lead him along…in a direction that is away from me. I know he’s gonna look no matter what, so I can’t ignore him. 

I’ve got to give him something to look for to keep my operation a secret. 

Essentially, you’re watching this hand…and not watching this one! 

THE ANIMAL AND THE BAIT 

Sherlock Holmes is often the easiest to trick…because he thinks he can’t be tricked. 

He thinks he can’t be tricked because he knows something is wrong and he is looking around…

But I’m the one controlling what he’s finding. 

And as my good friend and mentor James Lafond likes to say in regards to these Sherlock Holmes types:

“Catch a different kind of animal, use a different kind of bait,” 

You can catch the Sherlock Holmes “animal” by offering him the “bait” of planted clues for him to “discover”. 

TWO DISTINCT POSSIBILITIES  

As I said above, I see researchers seeking to find out what is wrong with society, expose its lies, and reveal the truth…

And they always come back to Alistiar Crowley.

Time and time again like both good old Zacho and my Boxing Coach alike, they always come back to this guy.

When I see that, I come to the conclusion that there is one of two things at play here. 

Either A.), this guy’s name keeps coming up because he is legitimately at the center of a conspiracy to cause Chaos in the 20th and 21st Century, and “All Roads Lead Back to Rome”, so to speak…

Or B.), this guy’s name keeps coming up because it’s been “planted” at every step along the way for these earnest Sherlock Holmes to find…

All in order to lead these earnest Sherlock Holmes away from something else that is really going on at a much deeper level…

THE DIFFICULTY OF THE SNARE 

What makes this very difficult is: 

Either possibility could be true. 

“I’ve taken a look at this guy,” I told my Boxing Coach. “And I just don’t know. I just don’t know.” 

But what I do know is: 

We can all be trapped…

Because we’ve all got a bait that can snap us into the snare!
