The Sword of Hengest: Richard Barrett and Wulf Ingessenu Reveal the Secret History of the Hun Sword!

In 2014, for the 100 Year Anniversary of WWI, I wrote my first book, The Forgotten History of WWI: From the Dark Ages to 1939.

In it, heroic Tommies, Yanks and Foreign Legionnaires slog it out to stop a Horde of Huns coming out of Germany.

It was the Germans’ big boss, Kaiser Wilhelm II, who gave his countrymen this appellate himself.

And it all began with a mystical vision that came to “Kaiser Bill” in a dream…

In it, a dark and evil cloud arose out of the Far East to consume and destroy the entire Indo-European World…

And could only be stopped if the Indo-European Nations banded together against this Oriental Peril!

As a warning to his kinsmen, Kaiser Bill commissioned the artist Herman Fuchknass to recreate the images of his dream in a lithograph, “People of Europe, preserve your most sacred goods!”

The dream would be a prophecy of things to come…

 A WARNING AND AN AMBUSH

When the lithograph was released in 1895, Kaiser Bill told his Russian Cousin, Tsar Nicholas II, in a letter from September of that year that the image:

“…shows the European powers, each represented by her genius, summoned together by the Archangel Michael sent down from heaven, as they unite in resistance to the encroachment of Buddhism, paganism and barbarism for the defence of the Cross.”[1]

For Kaiser, it was a vision of things to come…for the images in the picture would portend to a prophecy…

For just five years later in 1900, the savage Chinese Boxer Insurgency rose up with the secret support of the gynocratic Dowager Empress Cixi, and began to bathe the Celestial Kingdom in Indo-European blood.

They began their rampage in the jade green countryside of China, exterminating 200 American and European Civilians, and over peaceful 20,000 Chinese Christians…

And when the German ambassador Clemens von Kettler went to the Chinese Empresses’ Zonglin Yamen Ministry of Foreign Affairs to protest the massacres…

He was assassinated in the street of Peking before he could even reach the building, ambushed in the streets in broad daylight.

PROPHECY FULFILLED TO RESCUE THE LAST STAND

All across China, American, European, and Chinese Christians fled from the countryside, where they holed themselves up in the “Foreigner’s Legation” of Peking.

There, 200 American and European Civilians and 2000 Chinese Christians took shelter under the protection of a rag-rag Indo-European Army, plus a few Asian friends…

And this small handful of 400 Soldiers, Sailors, and Marines from America, Great Britain, France, Germany, Russia, Austria, Italy, and even Japan were all that stood in the way of the Chinese Boxers and a total Western genocide in China…

When word got back to their home countries, their leader swung into action, and raised up a 22,000 man army from all over the Indo-European Empires of the World, with Japan in tow.

From his opulent palace perch in Berlin, Kaiser Bill knew deep in his heart that the prophecy was being fulfilled…

But there would be more to come.

Much more.

A HORDE OF HUNS CHRISTENED

For as Kaiser Bill stood before his troops on June 27, 1900, one final time before they departed to fight in the sweltering heat of the Far East to get revenge for their fallen kinsmen…

He thundered these words, resounding from deep in his soul:

“If you come before the enemy, he will be defeated! No quarter will be given! Prisoners will not be taken! Whoever falls into your hands is forfeited!

“Just as a thousand years ago the Huns under their king Attila made a name for themselves, one that even today makes them seem mighty in history and legend,

“So may the name Germany be affirmed by you in such a way in China that no Chinese will ever again dare to look cross-eyed at a German!”

And so, the Legend of the Horde of Huns was born.

But what if there was more?

SECOND SIGHT, PAST AND PRESENT

What if this Hunnish Christening wasn’t the end of the prophecy foretold in Kaiser Bill’s dream-land vision?

What if his second sight was channeling something far deeper and older…

Something that would echo throughout not just his epoch of history, but throughout many others both past and present?

On January 20th, 2025, my old pal Wulf Ingessenu sent me an article of his entitled “The Sword of Hengest”.

In it, he explained “The Secret of the Hun-Sword” throughout the ages.

Upon reading it, I knew immediately that this was what Kaiser Bill was channeling in his speech to his troops on June 27, 1900.

And I knew that what Wulf laid out in this article revealed everything that Kaiser Bill saw in his dream, ordered preserved in Fuckknass’ lithograph, and explained man-to-man in his letter to “Cousin Nicky” the Tsar of Russia.

And I knew these events all link up to the earth-shaking geopolitical and mythological events Wulf and I have been discussing in the recent articles “Thule Against At-al-Land” and “War of the Gods”.

That’s why I knew I had to publish this piece of Wulf’s on my site, and he agreed.

And so without further adieu, I am proud to present to you…

THE SWORD OF HENGEST

SECRET OF THE ‘HUN-SWORD’

By Wulf Ingessenu

January 20th, 2025

Then was winter gone,

The bosom of the Earth beautiful…

So he did not hinder World-Ruler

When him Hunlafing Hildeleoman,

The best of Swords, on bosom did:

The edges were well known to the Eoten.

Beowulf Saga

This piece was first brought to my attention when it featured in one of Nikolai Tolstoy’s fictional works about Merlin and the ‘Coming of the King’. Tolstoy did not actually quote the relevant passage, just mentioning the ‘Sword of Aetla’ which was passed to Hengest who, wielding the sword,

invaded Britain with the English Tribes. I found the piece in Beowulf which has more to say when read into carefully. The gist I’ll put in ‘bullets’ –

➢‘Then was winter gone’ – it is here based in the Spring of the year when the Earth is in a state of ‘rebirth’.

➢The Old English ‘werold raedan’ is usually rendered ‘Way of the World’ (?) but it can mean ‘World-Ruler’ which fits better with these ideas.

➢The words ‘Hunlafing Hildeleoman’ are Old English, ‘Hunlaf’ being seen as a man; Tolstoy clearly renders this as ‘Hun-laf’ meaning ‘Hun Bequest’ or ‘Hun Leaving’, i.e. being passed on to someone else. ‘Hildeleoman’ means ‘Battle-Flame’ or ‘Battle-Light’.

➢The key words used here – Aetla the Hun – mean that the ‘Battle-Flame’ was passed from the Hun to the Engel-Kin (Hengest = ‘Geist of Ing’). Although Tolstoy would not have seen it this way, his use of ‘Aetla’ rather than ‘Attila’, renders this as being a word-play on ‘Hitler’.

➢Thus, the Sword of Hitler (The Hun – Germany) passes over to Hengest and the Engel-Kin (Anglo-Saxons). This is not meant to be a literal meaning, it is a ‘Spiritual Sword’; hence the ‘Wyrd of Aetla’ passes to Hengest and the Engle-Kin (Folk of Ingwe).

Strangely enough, in the book an English Scop (Poet-Wizard) travels up to the Arctic North to the Scride-Finns who perform a ritual that raises the spirit of Aetla the Hun. The battle in the book is based upon a later time than that of Hengest and Horsa, and the English (White Dragon) lose to Maelgwyn Gwynedd (Red Dragon) who is supposed to represent King Arthur. The Legend of Arthur is originally a Welsh Legend– the Red Dragon. The English Tribes came from the North, originating on Thule (Scandi). Sceaf-Ingwe was said to have been sent by the Gods to Scandi at the end of the Golden Age.

Aetla the Hun is here seen as the ‘World-Ruler’, and this Wyrd (Fate) is passed to Hengest when he invaded Britain with the English Tribes. He was either a Saxon or a Jute (Goth), but both were of the same close blood-kinship). The Sword passes from the German (The Fatherland) to the Ingefolk (Land of the Son). (*)

(*) Ing or Ingwe means ‘Son of’, thus the ‘Land of Ingwe’ is the ‘Land of the Son’.

The English Royal Family claims descent from Woden and King Arthur, uniting the two, but this may be seen more in the line of ‘British’ than ‘English’. Why we call ourselves ‘English’ is because we oppose the ‘British Corporation’ which is what this is today. This is ruled from the ‘Corporation of London’ where the Bankers operate.

Sincerely,

Richard Barrett
