In fact, it seems that you and I are on a similar thought trajectory.
Since 2016, I have made Agon the centerpiece of my worldview, as I was introduced to it by way of James Bond Stockdale in his magnum opus Thoughts of A Philosophical Fighter Pilot.

But it’s not just in theory that I’ve been interested in this, but also in practice.
Unfortunately, I’ve had a lot of health problems that kept me out of the Devil Dogs and the Mean Green Machine alike…in fact, I didn’t do any kind of physical activity from the ages of 14-20!
However, I decided to turn that around, and became a Personal Trainer, and for the last ten years I have studied and tested the application of training the Body with the eye toward the activities of the Warrior Caste for the past decade.
